Sponsorship
The object of this fun run is to raise lots of money which is then donated to Cancer Research Uk so that they can continue their good work developing drugs for the relief and possibly one day a cure for cancers.
Please be aware that every penny from your entry fees and sponsorship is given to Cancer Research Uk. The administration costs of this event are kindly paid for in full by our sponsors, Alberto Culver
Every entrant will be sent a copy of the sponsorship form with their race number but if you want to download an extra copy please feel free to do so.
If you would like to download a sponsorship form we have provided two options . You can download the form as either a Pdf file or Jpeg image.
Most computer users these days have a version of Acrobat Reader on their Pc which you will need to view a Pdf file. If you haven't got Acrobat Reader you can download it free of charge using the link below. Be aware that this will be a large download only really suitable for broadband users. The Jpeg image can be downloaded to all computers with no special software required.
Once you have collected your sponsorship money you can return it in a number of ways.
1. Bring it along on the night if you have collected all of the money.
2. Send a cheque with your completed form to our postal address.
3. Request our bank details and pay via direct bank transfer (Bacs)
4. Pay via Paypal and return the form either by email or to our postal address. Use the link below and enter the amount to be paid. Ensure that you add your name & runner number as a reference. Please note that after your visit to Paypal you may not be automatically linked back to this page.
You might also want to consider sending a link from this page to your friends and family so that they can make a donation via Paypal using this link only. Please ask them to ensure that they include your name and race number as the reference for the payment so that we can ensure that the amount is added to your contribution total.

We now have our own event listing under Cancer Research Uk. When you create your own page select Cancer Research and then click on the Organised Event button. You will find us on the list of events.
If you have decided to raise your sponsorship via JustGiving .com please ensure that you send us a link to your pages so that we can monitor total donations made directly to Cancer Research Uk

It's still not too late to send in your sponsorship money from the 2010 event
Please remember to return your sponsorship form as soon as you have collected all of your donations. If you return the form and monies before the 30th June 2009 you will entered into a free draw to win a years supply of hair products. The winners name will be announced in the Basingstoke Gazette and published in the results page on this site.
